1 Step:-
In rapidleech php, asp scripts are not allowed to upload so change the extension of your shell like:- c99.php change it to c99.php.txt or c99.php.rar or what ever you want.
2 Step:-
Upload it to rapidshare, hotfile, fileserve or any other host whose link you can transload(upload) to rapidleech.
3 Step:-
Tranload(upload) your shell in Rapidleech and after transloading go to the server file
there you will get your shell then just rename it to c99.php.
4 Step:-
Congrats shell is upload then just go http://victimrapidleech.com/files/c99.php
